Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

This policy governs the return or cancellation of any product rented by you as a "Borrower" or listed by you as a "Lender" on www.juggleit.in, the website or the App, Juggleit.in. Any reference to "Borrower" in this policy, means you the person who is borrowing a product listed on Juggleit.in website solely for your personal use in the manner as set out in the Policies & Terms of Service available at the policy center and any reference to "Lender" means the person lending his products on rent at Juggleit.in (hereinafter referred to as "the website owner" "we" "us" or "our") in this policy.

We would like to hereby clarify that once you send a booking request to the lender, the lender will have an option to either accept your request or reject your request within 24 hours from the time the booking request has been raised by the borrower. The status of the booking at this point will be "waiting for approval".

If the lender accepts your request, the status of your booking request will change to "Confirmed". Please note that you will not be allowed to cancel your booking once your booking request is confirmed.

If the lender rejects your request, the status of your booking request will change to "Rejected" and the borrower will receive a complete refund which includes booking amount, freight, platform commission and taxes.

If the Borrower withdraws his booking request within 24 hours of the booking request being raised and before the lender accepts the booking request, the status of the booking request will change to "Withdrawn" and the borrower will receive a complete refund which includes booking amount, freight, platform commission and taxes.

If the lender does not take any action with 24 hours of the booking request being raised and the borrower does not withdraw his request, then the status of the booking request will change to "Auto Expired" and in this case the borrower will receive a complete refund which includes booking amount, freight, platform commission and taxes.

We would like inform you that you cannot cancel a booking once the status is changed from, "Waiting for approval" to "Confirmed". By reading this policy, you acknowledge and agree not to dispute the decision made by the website owner in relation to the determination of the applicable cancellation Fee and accept the website owner's decision made in response to any cancellation request made by the lender or borrower as final.

You hereby agree and acknowledge that you shall be solely liable for returning the Product in the same conditions as the Product was delivered to you. It is hereby clarified that you shall be liable for all costs incurred in relation to any Substantial Damage or Major Loss to the Product caused by you. The Site Owner shall have the right to deduct such costs for Substantial Damage or Major Loss, as the case maybe, from the Security Deposit provided by you or other payment mode.

The usage of the Services is exclusively governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Karnataka.
